Spread the WORD in apparel Affiliate Program
By being accepted into the almightees™ Spread the WORD in apparel Affiliate Program and putting a link on your website, you can earn up to 10% commission paid monthly for any sales made on the almightees™ website that are referred through the affiliate link on your website. It’s just a way for us to share our blessings with other people like you that want to help spread the word about the almightees™ message.
Please read the following agreement of terms and contact us by e-mail at affiliates@almightees.biz if you have any questions about the program. There is a link to an application you can fill out and submit to us if you are interested in applying.
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the almightees™ Spread the WORD in apparel Affiliate Program. almightees™ and the www.almightees.biz website are owned and operated by almightees™ and tj Studio, Inc. The terms "Affiliate," "you," and "your" refer to you, the applicant. "We" and "our" refer to almightees™ and/or tj Studio, Inc., as applicable under the circumstances. almightees™ and tj Studio, Inc. and its Affiliates are independent parties, and this agreement will not form any partnership.
COMMISSIONS
Affiliates will receive a percentage of the product revenue per sale as a commission from orders referred from their approved Affiliate website. The commission rate is based upon the total sales that have been made through your Affiliate account. The commission rates are shown in the table below

For a sale to generate a commission to an almightees™ Affiliate, the referred customer must complete and submit the almightees™ online order form within 30 days of clicking on a link from an approved almightees™ Affiliate website, remit full payment for the products ordered, and have their products shipped. Commission rates will increase in the month following the month in which total sales exceed the next level of commissions. (For example: If an Affiliate’s total sales exceed $2,500 in the month of June, the commission rate for June will be calculated at the current 6% rate. Commissions earned starting in July will be calculated at the 8% rate.)
Commissions can only be earned between the date of acceptance of the Spread the WORD in apparel Affiliate Program application and the date of notice of termination. Commissions will typically be paid within twenty (20) business days after the end of the month following the month in which commissions were earned. (For example: if an Affiliate earns $100 in commissions for sales in the month of June, the commission check will be mailed with 20 days of the last day of the month of July.) Commissions will be paid in the form of a check made payable to the Affiliate as listed on the application and mailed to the address as listed on the application. No commission checks will be issued for amounts less than $25. Any amounts less than $25 will carry over to the next month. Any cancelled orders, chargebacks, or fees from returned orders will be deducted from the next commission check. If no commissions have been earned to offset chargebacks, a billing invoice for the adjusted outstanding amount may be issued to the Affiliate for repayment.
Affiliates must have an active link or links to the almightees™ website on their approved Affiliate website(s).
RESTRICTIONS
almightees™ reserves the right not to accept any Affiliate website into the almightees™ Spread the WORD in apparel Affiliate Program based on content or other reasons at its sole discretion. We accept only sites that are in English and based for US traffic. Websites that Do Not Qualify for the almightees™ Spread the WORD in apparel Affiliate Program include but are not limited to websites that:
- use incentives to promote clicks,
- automatically redirect to another site, web address or url,
- utilize excessive pop-ups, pop-unders, or exit consoles,
- promote sexually explicit materials,
- promote violence or discord,
- promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age,
- promote illegal or questionable activities, or
- violate intellectual property rights.
You may download any image from our website for use in promoting us on your approved website(s), but we do not allow hotlinking. You must first download any desired images, and then host them on your own web server/hosting account. You may also request an image library of current logos and products from us by e-mailing us at: affiliates@almightees.biz
SPAM (UCE)
almightees™ in no way participates in mass unsolicited commercial e-mailing (i.e. spamming), and all Affiliates are expected to adhere to this policy as well. Violation of this policy will result in the termination of this contract and immediate dismissal from the almightees™ Spread the WORD in apparel Affiliate Program, with no payment of outstanding commissions.
ORDER PROCESSING
almightees™ and tj Studio, Inc. will be solely responsible for processing every order placed by a customer on the almightees™ website. Customers who purchase products and services through the almightees™ website will be deemed to be customers of almightees™ and tj Studio, Inc. Prices and availability of our products and services may vary from time to time. almightees™ and tj Studio, Inc. policies will always determine the price paid by the customer. We reserve the right to reject any order that does not comply with our rules, operating procedures and policies.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the almightees™ Spread the WORD in apparel Affiliate Program or your potential to earn income from the almightees™ Spread the WORD in apparel Affiliate Program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our website or the Affiliate websites will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or down time.
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the Federal or State courts located in the State of Georgia, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
AGREEMENT DURATION
This Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. Termination may happen at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
MODIFICATION
By posting a Change Notice or a new agreement on this Website, we may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but are not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission rates, commission tier structure, payment procedures and program rules. If any of the modifications are UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. If you CONTINUE PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM following the posting of a Change Notice or new agreement, it will be considered as your acceptance of the change.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By applying to the almightees™ Spread the WORD in apparel Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You further acknowledge that you have specifically read and understand the terms by which commissions are calculated and paid and that you will be responsible for reimbursement of any refunds, cancellations, charge backs or fees from refunded, returned or cancelled orders. You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.
