RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you wish to return or exchange an almightees™ product, just contact us within 15 days of receipt of the product. Simply e-mail the following information to customerservice@almightees.biz or call us toll-free at (877) 579-7679:
- Your full name, e-mail address, street address & phone number.
- Your order number.
- The name and address where the product was shipped.
- The product you are returning/exchanging and the reason for the return/exchange.
- If you’re making an exchange, tell us what product at the same price you want to exchange it for (different size, color, etc…).
- If the product you want to exchange it for costs more, we’ll bill you for the difference. If it costs less, you’ll get a credit for the difference. We just need your account information and your authorization to charge or credit your credit card account for the difference.
- If you don’t have any of that information or if it’s been longer than 15 days, we’ll be glad to give you an almightees™ online store credit. When we receive the product back, we’ll send you an e-mail with instructions on how to use your almightees™ online store credit. It’s just like a gift card.

An RA# (Return Authorization Number) and a prepaid, return shipping label will be e-mailed to you within 5 days. Simply package your product being returned or exchanged safely, print the mailing label, stick it on the package and call UPS for a pickup, drop it in your local UPS mailbox or take it to your local UPS store. That’s all you have to do. We’ll handle everything else for you.
If you’re exchanging an item, the new item will be sent to you upon receipt of the original one. If you are returning an item, a credit will be issued to your credit card within 10 business days. We’ll keep you informed about the status of your return or exchange while it’s being processed.
