almightees™, a brand and division of tj Studio, Inc., is the maker of a line of custom designed, decorated, vintage Christian apparel. Our printing and decorating process, our weathered designs and our pigment dyed products are intended to create a vintage, worn look and feel and may contain slight imperfections, color differences and other variations between products with the same designs. This is what makes every almightees™ product unique.
The almightees™ site use is conditional on the acceptace of the terms and conditions outlined below. The terms and conditions are binding for you, so read them over carefully and if you disagree with them, we ask that you please leave the site.

almightees™ and tj Studio, Inc. try very hard to display as accurately and consistently as possible the colors, styles and appearance of the products that appear on our site and in our marketing and advertising materials. The colors and appearance of the products and designs you see on your computer may vary depending on your monitor and other computer settings and may be different from the actual product. Also, from time to time we may have to substitute colors and styles depending on product availability. almightees™ will inform customers of any substitutions or pricing changes we make as quickly as we can. By purchasing products on our website, you agree to hold harmless almightees™ and tj Studio, Inc. for differences in color, style and/or appearance between products viewed on the website and the actual products that you receive.
You also agree that you expressly and knowingly assume responsibility for all products that are not an exact match to the color, style or appearance of that product shown on this website. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless almightees™ and tj Studio, Inc. from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney fees, related to your use of this site.
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the local, state and federal courts of Rockdale County, the State of Georgia and the United States of America.
